I’ve been drawn to art for as long as I can remember.
Growing up, creativity was always part of my life, especially music and visual art.
I discovered I had talent for drawing around seven or eight years old while watching Pokémon on TV. I saw Togepi on screen, loved the character instantly, and felt the need to draw it.
Back then in Chile, access to references or merch was limited, so I learned how to draw Togepi by paying close attention and drawing from memory. I started drawing Pokémon and not long after, I was doing small commissions for classmates.
I kept drawing through school and college. At fourteen, I picked up the guitar, which became just as important to me as drawing, and music has been part of my creative life ever since.
Art has always been a place of focus, expression, and grounding for me, especially during moments of uncertainty.
Growing up in Chile also shaped me beyond art. From a young age, I learned the importance of standing up for what feels right and staying connected to people around you. I lived through major changes in the country, saw moments of unity and division, and witnessed how powerful art, music, and expression can be in bringing people together. Those experiences stuck with me and still influence how I approach my work today.
In 2021, I moved to the United States, became a citizen, and began searching for my next step in the arts. These days, I work mainly as a digital artist focused on fantasy and comic-inspired artwork. I’m especially drawn to character-driven pieces, graphic designs, and work that translates well into prints and merch. Clean, bold linework, striking poses, and detail are at the core of how I work.
When I’m drawing, I’m usually fully locked in with heavy metal playing in the background, especially progressive and thrash (hence the name). Fantasy and horror have always inspired me, from monsters and skulls to the unknown and strange. I also run a small music project on the side, which continues to influence how I think about rhythm, mood, and energy in my art.
